FPA is working to add value to your practice. 

1. FPAnet.org has significantly improved the consumer side of its website.  I suggest that you add a link to their Social Security predictor tool to your personal home page.  The link is easy to use and it should increase public awareness on this critical government program.  www.SocialSecurityPredictor.org

2.  FPA member logo’s are now available for download from FPAnet.org.  The logo is free and it communicates your dedication to FPA’s Code of Ethics & the Standard of Care.  www.fpanet.org/professionals/Membership/MemberLogo

3. Membership Discounts: FPA National has designed a campaign for 2011 targeted at those individuals who are new to the financial planning profession. The campaign is an 'introductory rate' offering of $125 – a $100 discount off of the New to the Profession rate of $225.

This is a recruitment campaign designed to draw in those individuals who are new to the profession or those who are pursuing an advanced degree or a certification and do not qualify for our undergraduate student rate. Please update your contact information on the www.CFP.net database.  The CFP Board expects increased consumer interest in their ““Search for a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional” tool. This CFP.net resource will be featured prominently in the Public Awareness Campaign CFP Board expects to launch in April 2011.
